In a cup, add

1 bag of green tea

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Then add hot water

Let seep for 3 min, then add

1 tablespoon raw cider vinegar

In a cup add

Fresh leaves of peppermint

1 cup boiling water

Let seep for 10 minutes

Sweetener to taste

– Uva ursi leaves 1/3 tbsp

– Horsetail 1/3 tbsp
