Nowadays in the supermarkets they sell everything. They don’t care if it’s unhealthy.
There are cigarettes, chips, carbonated drinks, sweets …. These are basically POISON for our body.
We have to be smarter and avoid all these things and everybody know that prevention is better than cure.
When the kidneys get damaged, the #toxins in our body start to increase. How do kidneys work? They get rid of the toxins.

But be careful these are not the normal bubbles you always see in the urine
They last a lot longer so you have to notice if after 2 minutes they disappear or not
Another thing to do is do blood tests If the result is high creatinine it means that the kidneys are damaged!!! Another symptom is fatigue I mean fatigue even doing nothing Why do I say fatigue??
Because the toxins in our body can’t come out
The kidneys have an important function in our body They have the function of filtering the blood in our body so if they don’t work you can become anemic
The most frequent symptoms
Urinate continuously
Swollen face hands fingers legs
Skin rashes the skin becomes red The explanation is that the toxins are not removed by the kidneys and they build up on the skiN causing itches and rush
In the worst conditions you feel nausea and vomit and you feel dazed confused The explanation is that when your creatinine is high  400 500mg  the toxins do not come out and build up in the blood almost to poison it and at the same time they go into the brain This is called uremia
