These are plant-based compounds, natural substances that can lower cholesterol levels in blood!
Recent study found out that adding more plant sterols to the diet can lower cholesterol levels by up to 15%!
And that’s a lot, we are in the territory of prescription medicines here.
But you see, you would need around 1000mg twice daily of Plant Sterols to get a 15% reduction in serum levels.
Flaxseed, one of the best sources in the world of sterols, only have 200mg PLANT STEROLS per 100g portion.

Fiber intake is crucial to lower cholesterol levels.

It’s a natural source of soluble fiber and a lot of people are constantly below their recommended daily fiber intake.
So, if you cannot fit 6 portions a day of veggies in your potassium allowance, supplement psyllium husk before the main meals!
I’m worried that I still have to say this, but smoking kills your kidneys.

Try Garlic plus lemon!

Now guys, as you may already know I don’t like recommending exotic supplements for kidney health.
I’ve been working with people suffering from kidney disease for almost a decade now and I know that safe and sound always beats experimenting with herbs.
And yet there’s a reason why I firmly believe that you should get informed and eventually start using this powerful adaptogen, if you suffer from kidney problems.

And also, buy a high quality Cordyceps supplement which can guarantee cordycepin and adenosine percentage.
In one of the most complete studies on cordyceps for CKD, researchers were able to isolate what components of the cordyceps can treat kidney problems.
