Before that, here’s what you absolutely need to know before starting to use garlic.

Garlic doesn’t work if you don’t prepare it in a special way.

The reason is allicin.
This natural compound is the source of all the benefits of garlic, but it’s not actually present in the clove itself.
There are two precursors of this healing substance that needs to be extracted from the clove and mixed if you want to get the precious allicin.
This is not hard but we need to follow a special recipe!
Now, I’ve spent a lot of time studying all the scientific papers and research on garlic and I will show in a moment what is the correct way of taking garlic to actually STOP the progression of kidney disease while getting rid of half of your medicine cabinet.
The other thing worth noticing here is that while statins, metformin, blood pressure pills have a long list of nasty, debilitating and kidney damaging side effects, garlic has an equally long list OF HEALING EFFECTS…!

So, let’s see exactly how to prepare garlic to make it powerful!
First of all, start with 2 medium cloves of garlic.
Now, peel them
And then, mince them.
You can use a knife or a garlic masher, if you have one.
Now wait 10 minutes.
And your healing garlic, full of precious allicin, is ready!
Prepared like this, garlic can last in the fridge for up to two weeks, so you don’t have to prepare it every day.

Just don’t eat that yet, because depending on what you want to achieve you may want to consume garlic in different ways.
So, question
How to lower blood pressure with garlic?
To lower your blood pressure, you would need to consume garlic in small amounts 2 or 3 times per day and slowly replace your blood pressure medications with it.
This is not a pipe dream.
In one study, aged garlic extract in doses of 600 to 1,500 milligrams was just as effective as the drug Atenolol at reducing blood pressure over a 24-week period.

Now, not everyone can manage their blood pressure with just one medication, so you would need to adjust your garlic intake depending on your blood pressure.
Start taking 1 clove of garlic – prepared like I’ve show you – two times a day, with a meal and use a health journal to track the improvements.

Obviously consult your doctor and have them help adjusting your medications for your new, improved blood pressure levels.
Now, a very important tip.
Adding parsley and a bit of olive oil will really help the body absorbing allicin better.
This also fights the body odor caused by garlic!

Ok next, how to use garlic to lower your cholesterol levels!
Garlic is very effective against cholesterol too – but the dose here needs to be higher and you also need another ingredient.
A 2016 study published in the International Journal of Preventive Medicine concluded that taking 20 grams of garlic a day with lemon juice is as effective in lowering cholesterol as a common cholesterol medication!
Amazing!
People in this study Received 20 g of garlic daily, which is around 4 medium sized cloves, plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice at the same time of the garlic.
So you would have to prepare garlic like I’ve shown you and drink lemon juice at the same time.
Now, 20 grams of garlic are about 3 to 4 cloves per day.
Now, guys, question: What is black garlic?
Black garlic is raw garlic that has been fermented under controlled conditions for several weeks.
While it doesn’t provide more allicin than regular garlic, it does have more antioxidants.
Black garlic is known for its milder taste – the flavor is so soft it almost disappears!
