RECIPES:
– 3 Garlic and ginger tea (blood pressure lowering and immune boosting)
In a saucepan combine
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 grams fresh garlic (small piece)
1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice (buy 3 lemons)
2 teaspoon cinnamon (or half cinnamon stick)
Stevia to taste (optional 5 teaspoons honey)
Last add 3 cups water and bring to a boil
Let it cool, strain, and serve

-2 Golden Milk (anti-inflammatory)
In a cup combine
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch ground black pepper
Add warm almond milk slowly and mix it.
Done!

1 The Beet and Apple smoothie (powerful blood pressure lowering)
In a mixer add
half green apple, possibly organic, washed and with the peel.
A large beetroot or two small ones.
Half lemon. If it’s organic, just wash it and put it in the blender with the peel.
Let’s add a couple of ice cubes
Mix thoroughly
