Tomatoes and their potassium content is something that already sparked some debate on my previous videos, so I want to try and make some clarity.
Especially because I feel like people are actually missing out on something when they avoid tomatoes altogether.
Whenever I post video recipes with tomatoes, I got a lot of comments complaining about the potassium levels in tomatoes.
So, now, I want to answer them.
To give them clarity.

    Hello Katherine, I’m of the understanding that the seeds of tomatoes are high in phosphorus. If so, how concerned should Kidney Patients be?
